Midtown 360 is a luxury apartment complex that distinguishes itself through its amenities, including a cutting-edge gym, a screening room, enticing indoor and outdoor public gathering spaces, and a front lobby that makes you want to pack your belongings and move right in.  To play off of that vibe in it’s community spaces, we incorporated architectural elements that help create distinct spaces, bold colors (check out the navy ceiling), decorative lighting, and a dichotomy of hard and soft best captured by the airy drapery set behind angular furniture.
