Belle Kurudzija once again brings her talented design skills to the forefront at Midtown 360, a multi-family project located in Orem, Utah. For a formerly blighted construction site that had been abandoned for years, no ordinary design scheme would suffice. Belle took the challenge seriously to breathe new life into this bland space, with a bold pallet and exaggerated proportions for a stunning new Club House and Fitness Center to compliment this upscale project. Larger than life furniture scaled to accommodate a voluminous and rather awkward space, provides instant visual interest without ever being overwhelming. A timeless color pallet will serve the client well and keep the spaces feeling revived and new, avoiding costly renovations down the road. Multiple areas are cleverly divided for a variety of functions; including lounging, celebrations, media room, a chef’s display kitchen and library; the ultimate space for entertaining, events, gathering or mingling. A chic rooftop lounge completes the project.
